Sunrise at Bogart brings affordable supportive housing for the formerly homeless to the Five Points area of Riverside.

This garden style apartment complex consists of twenty-three apartments in two buildings with a resource center providing amenities and critical supportive services for residents.

The Developer has partnered with the City of Riverside and Many Mansions to accomplish its mission.

The theme of renewal is present throughout—the location, the site design, and the benefits for its residents.

Sunrise at Bogart uses an undeveloped lot formerly owned by the City of Riverside to realize its purpose.

An entry plaza featuring a sphere represents the sun. A sundial inscribed into its courtyard signifies the new day. A walking path allows mediation in sunshine.

The housing development further harnesses the sun’s power with photovoltaic power generation to offset energy costs.

The resource center features caseworker offices, business center, assembly space, and laundry facilities. Services will be provided by the Riverside University Health System.

The Sunrise at Bogart project is set for completion in 2026.
